Method
Heat the oven to 180C fan/ 200C conventional/gas 6.
Place the drumsticks on a rack over the roasting tin and season
with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Roast for 30 minutes.
Mix the lemon juice, garlic and honey. Pour over the chicken
drumsticks. Roast for 15 minutes more and then baste again
with the honey mixture.
Roast again for 10-15 minutes and serve with the lemon wedges.
