Method
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain
and refresh in cold water. Mix the crème fraiche, mustard
and half the cheese.
Heat the grill to high. Wrap a slice of ham around 3 stems
of broccoli and place in a bright baking dish. Cover with
the cream mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and
place under a hot grill for 10 minutes until golden.
This is so easy peasy,
super quick and has a really lovely flavour!
